Some recent images from a commercial shoot we photographed for a vet clinic just outside Raleigh. This was a half day shoot to create some new images for the clinic’s website update. The site was a gorgeous historic property converted for the business, so finding nice visualy appealing backdrops was easy this time. Had a great time working with and getting to know the staff and their pets too. Fun shoot!
Fun time with the staff. Not sure if this one will make it on the website though.
Some nice images here that we created for client recently. This client needed a modern executive look, so we dropped in a digital background to give his images a nice crisp modern, corporate office look. This has been extremely popular lately with a lot of our clients, so we’ve made it an add on option to our normal business head shot offerings. Call us for more details if you like what you see and want something a little different! (919) 850-0492.
Normally you only get to see the nicely posed photos on the website, but we get to see how co-workers really interact. 🙂 A before and after shot from a recent commercial photography shoot for a local veterinarian clinic. We love having a little fun with clients while stll getting the job done and creating some great images for their new website.
A little behind the scenes action from a recent commercial shoot at a vet clinic. This guy (or gal, not really sure) wasn’t up for being photographed this particular day, and was striking at the veterenarian, however we did finally manage to get in a few good shots. Oh, and yes, I photographed with my long lens, but not for technical reasons.
A few selections from a recent business head shot session with a client. I love being able to provide my clients with great looking professional images for Linkedin, websites, business cards, or wherever they have a need for professional images. Professional business head shots has become one of top specialty areas over the last few years. Call us if you need professional images! (919) 850-0492
I had a blast photographing again this year for the SMO golf tournament! Pat Teague is a former NCSU & NFL football player who runs http://sportsmissionsoutreach.com/ here in the Raleigh area to help build character & develop leadership in athletes through sports. I love giving back and helping his organization every year to support the great work he’s doing with our youth! Check out the SMO website above for more info on what they’re doing to help develop tomorrow’s leaders.
I recently had a former student from one of my photography classes contact me about creating a professional business head shot for her. She was finalizing her real estate agent training and needed a professional image to use for social media, real estate web sites, and for her business cards. We looked at the colors on the company card, talked about the look she wanted, and designed a head shot image with a modern hi key background that would work perfectly on her business card. I love working with clients to design just the right look to help them present a nice polished professional image to their target audience.
Below is a link to a tripod buying guide article from B&H Photo Video. The post & article are primarily for people who take my basic digital photography classes, since I recommend a tripod for the class photo shoot, where we do some low light / night photography. This is good info for beginners who may not know what to look for when purchasing a tripod for their camera. B&H is one of the top online camera stores and they have good pricing & variety, so I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them. Enjoy!
A few images from a recent shoot for Lee Goldstein at InTrust Realty. Lee and his team are great to work with and usually have the homes staged by a professional stager before I photograph them. This makes the home look fantastic for the seller and generally gets the homes sold much quicker.
After the home is prepped, I then incorporate HDR photography (blending multiple images at different exposures) for the outdoor shots. We do this so we can shoot mid day if needed and still show the blue sky as well as the darker shaded areas of the home without the drastic contrast normal digital images would show. We also shoot & stitch multi image panoramic photos for some of the interior views so we can show the full view of the important rooms in the home. After that, we of course fully edit all the images, crop & resize for MLS requirements and then deliver to the agent. Needless to say, we do quite a bit more than the typical real estate photographer in order to deliver the best images possible for our agents and their clients. Call us if you need high quality professional real estate images! (919) 850-0492
