For over two decades we have photographed hundreds of events and functions for small to medium size businesses, large corporations and private events. The types of events we photograph vary from company holiday parties to charity events, annual meetings, awards ceremonies, seminars, conferences, trade shows, ribbon cuttings, private events and parties, and more. Most of the events we photograph are in the Raleigh – Durham area of North Carolina, but we are also available to travel as needed.

Professional Equipment, Lighting and People Friendly Staff

We bring two very important and often overlooked elements to your event. The first is professional equipment – photographing events with just a consumer level camera and lens with a simple flash sitting on top, will not get the job done most of the time. Most events are indoors and can have very challenging lighting scenarios. That’s why we use professional cameras with low light, high ISO capable sensors as well as professional grade lenses with low light capability. We also use off camera lighting with multiple lights, when needed, along with various lighting techniques to create high quality professional images from your event. The second important element we bring to your event is professionally dressed, people friendly photographers and staff. Having “grown up” in the wedding business, we learned early on that people skills are critical to successful event photography. We are always cordial and friendly to staff and guests alike when working an event. Charlie is the primary photographer for most events and will bring other photographers or assistants when needed.

Options and Pricing for Event Photography

We often photograph professional head shots at company events since everyone is present and it only takes a few minutes per person. Call us to discuss! 

Our pricing for event photography is very straight forward and simple. We have an hourly rate for the primary photographer and some add on options that you can choose from if needed. The rate includes delivery of high resolution printable images as well as web resolution files for use online. All the images are individually edited and we also include unlimited usage rights with our event pricing.
