The Prep
A few images from a recent shoot for Lee Goldstein at InTrust Realty. Lee and his team are great to work with and usually have the homes staged by a professional stager before I photograph them. This makes the home look fantastic for the seller and generally gets the homes sold much quicker.
The Photography
After the home is prepped, I then incorporate HDR photography (blending multiple images at different exposures) for the outdoor shots. We do this so we can shoot mid day if needed and still show the blue sky as well as the darker shaded areas of the home without the drastic contrast normal digital images would show. We also shoot & stitch multi image panoramic photos for some of the interior views so we can show the full view of the important rooms in the home. After that, we of course fully edit all the images, crop & resize for MLS requirements and then deliver to the agent. Needless to say, we do quite a bit more than the typical real estate photographer in order to deliver the best images possible for our agents and their clients.
