What We Do
We photograph residential and commercial real estate, for agents and home owners, primarily in the triangle area of North Carolina. (Raleigh, Durham, Wake County, Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Garner, Clayton, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Wendell, Zebulon, Rolesville, Youngsville, Knightdale and Zebulon). We often work with professional home stagers who love how we are able to showcase the homes with gorgeous professional photography after they have performed their magic and staged the homes to sell!
Our approach is unique in that each image is individually edited using multiple techniques such as custom color correcting, cropping, rotating and optimized sizing for online listings, as well as many others. We will also incorporate multiple image panoramic photos to showcase expansive rooms in a single image when needed, and blend multiple images for high dynamic range (HDR) photos, when needed, to cover wide ranging light scenarios such as outdoor images.

Our Process
We make working with us easy so that you can focus on selling your listing for your clients. When we photograph a home for you, here is how our process works:
- We agree on a time to photograph the listing
- We come out and photograph the listing (usually takes about an hour)
- We send you an electronic invoice you can pay online with a card.
- We custom edit your images, resize and optimize them for online listing
- We share the images with you via online file transfer so you can get them ASAP
